In an ideal world we wouldn't need a copyright notice or disclaimer of any kind, but hey, we all live in a pretty litigious world, so here goes nothing. I decided to write this in plain english, because it really annoys me when people write these huge legal-jargon style documents which say the same thing that you could have said simply, in about twice as many words and three times as many syllables.

The Australian registered business, officially recorded as "Dented Reality", trading using the slightly shortened version of the name (minus the space between the two words). Referred to in this documentation as "DR". ABN: 80 761 021 051 - Content

Downloadable scripts, websites, online applications or other tools obtainable from the DR website. - Website (Site)

Privacy

Only information required to identify and deal with customers/clients on a business basis will be collected and retained by DR. All of this information will be either supplied freely or requested directly from the client and will be stored with their knowledge. - Use of Information
DR will only use information collected from clients for business dealings directly with that client. Their contact details may be used in DR promotional projects, but personal, sensitive information will never be disclosed to another party except when required by law. - Access to Information
All clients may request to view information retained by DR at any time by emailing the DR legal info email address. DR will supply the client with a copy of all information, which the client may then request be updated, destroyed or left as-is. - Destruction/De-Identification of Information
DR will retain information necessary to comply with business law in Australia, as well as enough information to contact and liaise with clients in the future. DR will not destroy emails or correspondence with clients unless it is of a personal or inconsequential nature. All business correspondence shall be retained and placed on that client's file for potential future business dealings.
